I am a graduate student at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of California San Diego, where I am advised by Mihir Bellare.
I am interested in developing cryptography at the boundary of theory and practice. My goal is to help develop and improve cryptographic primitives and protocols so that they solve problems faced in practice. I am particularly interested in proof systems and zero knowledge.
In summer 2020 I was an intern at Galois working with Alex Malozemoff and Dave Archer.
Before this, I completed Bachelor of Technology and Master of Technology degrees in Electrical Engineering under the Dual Degree Programme at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, during which I also completed a minor in Computer Science and Engineering.
