Course Description:
| This course will explore both the current state of high performance computing systems and the current approaches to achieving even higher levels of performance. We will examine the motivating application requirements and the software and architectural characteristics and constraints of high performance systems. Consideration will be given to data intensive computing as well as traditional numerically intensive computing. |
