The midterm will be in class on Monday, November 4th. You may bring one, 8.5"x11" sheet of paper with
anything on it. You must, however, turn the sheet in with your exam, so please make sure your name and
PID are somewhere on it. You will also need a photo ID. No phones, smart watches, or other electronic devices
(e.g., calculators) will be allowed, so please leave them at home or TURN THEM OFF (not just airplane
mode) before entering the exam room.
