Vasileios Kontorinis

I am a PhD candidate in Computer Science and Engineering Department at University of California, San Diego. My advisor is Dean Tullsen and I am a member of High Performance Processor Architecture and Compilation Lab. My current research interests lie in the areas of microarchitectural power and performance modeling, OS and Virtual machine scheduling for Chip Multiprocessors and Simultaneous Multi-Threaded processors, while I have also worked on the power infrastructure design of data centers.

    I have accepted a position in Google(Google). Will be starting in February 2013.
