I am interested in computational problems in molecular biology, including comparative genomics, ncRNA gene finding, population genetics and alignment algorithms.

Current Project

Currently, I am working on non-coding RNA finding and analysis project. I am trying find some problems in analyzing the retrovirus elements in human genome, RNA motif finding, and mRNA splcing signal anaysis.
