Third Year Masters Student

I am a part-time MS CS student at UCSD. I also currently work full-time as head researcher of Websense Security Labs

My research interests includes:

  • network security
  • distributed systems
  • data mining
  • automated exploit analysis and detection
  • machine learning (svms, decision trees, etc)

Currently, I am extremely privileged to be working with Prof. Stefan Savage. and the Systems and Networking Group .

Being a part-timer, it's difficult to attend many of the grad-school social functions, so if you see me in the hallways, or share a class with me, I'm always thrilled to get to know you. For me, half the reason of attending grad school is to get to know fun and interesting people, as well as share ideas for new research.
