Teaching
I have redesigned the undergraduate computer vision curriculum at UCSD to modernize the CSE 152 course (trialled with two 190s) and developed a new CSE 152B. I have also developed a new graduate CSE 252C (trialled with 291s) that teaches advanced topics relevant to current industry and research. Consistent with modern practice, both the redesigned offerings rely on deep learning. I have also developed a new course on domain adaptation.
