About MeI am a PhD student at the Department of Computer Science and Enginnering at the University of California, San Diego.I'm working under the guidance of Professor Steven Swanson in the Non-Volatile Systems Lab. My research interests are in the storage architecture and operating systems. My resume is available here. ResearchMy research involves operating systems and software optimizations to fully exploit the performance potential of next-generation storage technologies.MoreBefore joining UCSD, I worked at AMD Shanghai R&D center as senior software engineer. I participated in the Linux device drivers development for AMD platforms.I was in charge of Linux USB3.0 (xHCI) drivers and had more than 80 patches accepted by Linux kernel. I earned my BS degree in Electronic Engineering in 2005 and MS degree in Telecommunications in 2008 from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In my leisure time, I love to read, hike and drive to different places. Publications
