REQUIRED READING: Savitch text Chapter 9 and 10.
(But you only need Ch 9 to do this exercise.)

PROGRAMMING: 
Chapter 9, Programming Project 3 (page 561) of the Savitch text.

The file hw03.template gives the prototype for the function
delete_repeats as well as some other prototypes and
a main to make it a full test program. You must add
function definitions for delete_repeats and the
other functions in the file hw03.template. You will
turnin a complete running program that you get by
completing the program started in hw03.template.

Hints: 
> You may find it helps to define an auxiliary function that
will be used in your definition of delete_repeats.
> This program only uses Chapter 9. The stuff in Chapter 10
will not help with this assignment.

Compiled code:
The file hw03.o contains the compiled code for a program that
behaves just as your program should behave.
Be sure you run this and see how it interacts with the user.
