- There will be no discussion session on Friday March 12th

- The discussion session on Friday March 13th will be replaced by a final review session on Monday March 16th. The details (time and room) will be announced later this week. There will be NO discussion session on Friday.
- Sample Final Exam
- Here's your midterm multiple choice responses as recorded from the scantrons. You can find your repsonses by your PID. The KEY row at top has the grading scheme (A1 means 1 got one pt: D2,A1 means D got 2 pts A got 1 pt).
- Here's the week 6 lab -- which you should review if you missed week 6. We'll need you to know this for week 7.
- Download the sample midterm . Not all topics are on the sample. Guide you studying with learning goals, previous quizzes, labs, and PSAs. You will write code on paper -- practice it!
- Note that the instructions under "Collage method" for PSA5 are updated.
- Note that tutor hours are now posted under "Open Lab Tutor Hours"
- The midterm exam date was corrected to be Tues Feb 10 (week 6).

CSE 8A is an introductory computer science course designed for students interested in computing. No prior programming experience is assumed. As an 8A student you will learn fundamental concepts of applied computer science using the object-oriented programming language Java.
