Notice the "SC PROBES" window opened on the schematic editor. This is where you will select to add buss probes, or remove them etc. Also note the (red for 1, green for 0) probes on terminal wires stemming from the 3 bit buss. The 8 bit busses have probes on them as well (gray) with hexadecimal values.
