9 July, 2003 Midterm test will be held on Tuesday, 15 July, 03 in classroom at class time. Please bring a blue book for writing the test. It is a closed book examination with 30 points. Syllabus is the lectures 1 to 5. I'll be asking short answer questions and problems
10 July, 2003 Assignment #1 is on-line. Submit before Thursday, 17 July, 03 in class. click here for assignment1
11 July, 2003 The assignment can also be submitted by e-mail. Please note if you get negative values for the values of  R, G and B or V, U and Y, you can note it. All the 17 lectures have been uploaded. U can download the entire course material. No more additional pages will be required
16 July, 2003 Assignment #2 is on-line. Submit before Thursday, 24 July, 03 in class. click here for assignment 2
24 July, 2003 End term examination will be on Thursday, 31 July, 2003. The syllabus will be mainly from lecture 6,7 and lectures 11-17. The various aspects of MPEG dealt in the assignment # 2 will not come for the end-term test. Also in the final lecture 16,17, U have to study only the first page of the lecture i.e upto Disk Storage. And not the various graphs
24 July, 2003 Assignment 2 deadline is extended to 25 July, 2003 (Friday) before 5.00 PM
25 July, 2003 The last lecture will be on Tuesday, 29 July, 2003. This class will be a short discussion class. Wednesday's class is cancelled to make way for a study holiday
25 July, 2003 The end-term examination on Thursday, 31 July, 2003 is a closed book test. Please bring a blue book for writing the examination. The timing will be 3:15 PM to 5:00 PM. ALL THE BEST
