The instruction is as follows:

1. Unzip the file
2. Create a project called "train", add the two VHDL files to the project.
3. Compile the project. You should get errors because your tcontrol.vhdl file is not complete. Complete tcontrol and compile again.
4. Go to Assignments->Pin Planner. There are many pins. But you only need to specify part of them, which include (pin numbers are listed):
a) VGA display: Blue(238), Green(237), Red(236), Horiz_sync (240), Vert_sync(239)
b) Push button: PB1(28), PB2(29)
c) Clock (91)
d) Switches 1-8 (41,40,39,38,36,35,34,33)
