Set #3 (the first 6 problems only) are now posted on this website

- November 24, 2018:
Since we haven't finished the discussion of minimal polynomials in class, problem 7 from Problem Set #3 is hereby deferred to the next problem set. Please submit (by Monday night) your solutions for problems 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 only.
- November 24, 2018:
Since there are no office hours this weekend, by popular demand, the due date for Problem Set #3 is further postponed to 11:59pm on Monday, November 26.
- November 17, 2018:
The due date for Problem Set #3 has been postponed to
Sunday, November 25, at 11:59pm. To submit this homework,

- November 17, 2018:
Since extra-time was allocated for the midterm exam on Wednesday, November 14,
we have lost 1.5 hours of lecture. The make-up lecture will take place in
YORK Hall, Room 4050A, from 6:30pm to 7:50pm on Monday, November 19.
- October 18, 2018: The office hours of Hanwen Yao have changed.
Instead of Tuesday afternoons and Wednesday mornings, Hanwen will now
have office hours from 2:00pm to 4:00pm on Monday and Tuesday afternoons.
- October 3, 2018: The first lecture will take place on Wednesday,
October 3, 2018, at 5:00pm, in Cognitive Science Building (CSB), Room 005.
