<p><b>Homework 4-</b> Start early; it's longer and more difficult.</p>
<p><b>From High-level TMs to Low-level TMs--</b> A systematic and general way to 
go from high level descriptions of TMs (like "scan left to right over the tape and cross off...") to state diagrams.  The main idea is to use smaller machines (called submachines) and combine 
them to create larger and more complex machines.</p>
