About Me:

I have graduated with a Ph.D. from the Computer Science and Engineering Department, University of California, San Diego. My adviser was Professor Rajesh Gupta and I was a member of the Microelectronic Embedded Systems Laboratory.

Research:

My research interest lies in the area of networked embedded systems and their applications. Specifically, I have designed an energy efficient sensor platform and developed a location-aware power management technique that uses low-power wireless sensor nodes for PC power management. In addition, I have conducted extensive research in developing distributed simulation techniques to make it easier to design, program and evaluate networked embedded systems such as sensor networks.
