I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science (Bioinformatics) at UCSD in 2008 under Dr. Vineet Bafna. I now work at the Scripps Translational Science Institute. My interests are in computational biology, with a focus on human genetic variation and applications of high-throughput sequencing technologies. Previously, I attended IIT Delhi.
