Rafael Dowsley
I am currently a second-year PhD student in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at the University of California at San Diego where I work in the Security and Cryptography Group
under Professor Mihir Bellare.
Before coming to UCSD, I obtained my Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and my Bachelor's degree in Communication Networks Engineering from the University of Brasília (UnB), Brazil. My advisor was Professor Anderson C. A. Nascimento.
