About me

I am a recent Ph.D. graduate from the University of California-San Diego in Computer Science. Currently, I am the Chief Technology Officer at Digital Proteomics, LLC. At UCSD, my advisor was Dr. Vineet Bafna and my co-advisor was Dr. Steve Briggs. My thesis focused on applications of peptide mass spectrometry, particularly proteogenomics. Our group page is here. I was previously supported by the IGERT Plant Systems Biology Training Grant
