About me
I am a 6th year Ph.D. candidate at the University of California-San Diego in Computer Science. My advisor is Dr. Vineet Bafna and my co-advisor is Dr. Steve Briggs. I am currently interested in applications of peptide mass spectrometry, particularly proteogenomics. Our group page is here. I was previously supported by the IGERT Plant Systems Biology Training Grant
