Work and school.. who has time for a webpage?

I was born and raised here in San Diego. Though I left for the exciting Bay Area for college I'm back and loving it. I work full-time at Qualcomm as an Engineer and working on my MS in Computer Science and Engineering at UCSD at the same time. I like to run and work out, read (mostly sci-fi), and dance hip hop and ballroom (mostly swing).

Schedule
Still coming. Looks like work 7:30-4:30 M-F, Class 5-8 on M+W and a seminar 11-12:30 M.

Academics
I'm currently interested in Artificial Intelligence and Distributed and Fault-Tolerant Systems. I'm generally into systems and programming languages, with just a hint of game theory thrown in for fun.

I really, really enjoy teaching and hope to do more of it in grad school.

Undergrad
I graduated in Spring 2004 from UC Berkeley where I majored in EECS. I worked with the GamesCrafters research group, writing and solving games, as well as the Harmonia research group, developing a visibility control mechanism. For fun I was a part of The Movement. I found community and spirituality both at Newman and Kapwa.
