My primary research is supported by the Southern California Earthquake Center/NSF at the San Diego Supercomputer Center. I work with the guidance of
Amit Chourasia (SDSC),
Jean-Bernard Minster (SIO), and
Jürgen P. Schulze (CalIT2) on visualizing simulated earthquake volumes. Some of my research interests include the following:
- Visualization of scientific data and physical phenomena
- Interactive graphics techniques leveraging the programmable graphics pipeline
- Visualization with immersive stereo displays
- High performance scientific computing with intriguing architectural advances in GPGPUs, FPGAs, and streaming processors
- Computational photography
- Reverse engineering and data forensics
