Christine Lo

I am a 3rd year PhD student at University of California, San Diego in Computer Science. My advisor is Vineet Bafna. My research interests are in genomics, algorithms, and combinatorics. I am supported by an NSF fellowship.

Before coming to UCSD, I got my bachelors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at UC Berkeley. I am also a TAMS alum.
