I am currently a fourth year Ph.D. student in Computer Science at the University of California-San Diego interested in Bioinformatics.  My advisor is Dr. Vineet Bafna and my co-advisor is Dr. Steve Briggs.  I am currently interested in applications of peptide mass spectrometry, particularly proteogenomics. Our group page is here.

I am supported by the IGERT Plant Systems Biology training grant.
