WiC@UCSD Mission Statement

Our main goal is to provide support and information for the advancement of women in computing at the University of California, San Diego. To achieve this goal we provide:

A forum for issues pertaining to women in computing.
Help in recruiting and retaining women in computing at UCSD including students, faculty, and staff.
Promotion of career oportunities in computing and interaction with industry.
Professional development through education about career opportunities in computing and interaction with industry.
Promotion of teamwork, leadership, and scholarship.
