5/28/07 - Try not to cry, but the next homework, homework 6, will be the last. It's available on the assignments page now. It is due on Tuesday, June 5 at the beginning of lecture.

5/20/07 - Homework 5 has been posted on the assignments page. It will be due on Thursday, May 24 at the beginning of lecture.

5/13/07 - Looking for a last minute gift for Mothers Day? Give your mom the gift that keeps on giving: homework! Homework 4 has been posted here. Feel free to work on it with your mother for some quality bonding time. It will be due at the beginning of class on Thursday, May 17.

4/29/07 - Please note that for HW3, problem 5.42 is a required problem, NOT just a recommended problem. Also, it appears as though Figure 5.38 in the book is correct. This might be a strange problem with only some of the printed 3rd editions so please make sure your book version of Fig. 5.38 is the same as the one posted on the assignment page.
